I'm Sarah, I’m a comprehensively trained Pilates teacher and mum of two based in Bedminster, South Bristol. I am certified in both mat work and all apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels.

I am passionate about Pilates and helping people gain confidence in movement. My Mat Pilates classes are designed to be a warm and welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and empowered, regardless of experience or fitness level.

    I aim for my classes to be fun and enjoyable. At the end of class we finish with breathing and relaxation work to calm the mind and body so you can leave feeling relaxed.
